The initial consultation is over the phone, where we walk through your needs based on your event style to provide a detailed quote.
Once the quote is approved, we do a site visit to go over the layout. This is where we confirm all equipment & make any adjustments.
Leading up to the event, we go over the run of show. We gather all media and information that is important for a smooth event.
We arrive with plenty of time to load in our equipment, test our systems and do a run-through before guests arrive.
